Itsu prawn snackers are made by mixing prawns, flour and water. The mixture is rolled out, sliced wafer thin and dried.We flash fry them very quickly until crunchy, ensuring they are the perfect butterfly light snack. We then add a pinch of wasabi seasoning

Prawn crackers, also called shrimp puffs, have been enjoyed throughout Asia for generations - as a roadside snack, at banquets and Chinese New Year.
