INCOLA GLUTEN-FREE WHITE RUSTIC BREAD 235G

Fluffy and delicate rustic bread based on millet sourdough. Featuring pleasant creamy taste. Perfect with butter and sweet additions. High fibre content is essential for a gluten-free diet. Excellent for making toasts.

Ingredients: sourdough (maize starch, millet flour, water), water, starches (tapioca, maize), inulin, rapeseed oil, whey powder (cow’s milk), yeast, olive oil 2%, thickener (xanthan gum), salt, sugar, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), humectant (glycerol), glucose syrup, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).

Product is packed in a protective atmosphere. Gluten-free product.
