INCOLA GLUTEN-FREE BROWN RUSTIC BREAD 235G
Dark rustic bread based on millet sourdough. Due to some added buckwheat husk it features a slightly wholegrain flavour. Perfect for smoked meat and cheese. High fibre content is essential for a gluten-free diet.
Ingredients: sourdough (maize starch, millet flour, water), water, starches (tapioca, maize), inulin, rapeseed oil, whey powder (cow’s milk), yeast, olive oil 2%, thickener (xanthan gum), salt, humectant (glycerol), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), reed molasses, apple fibre, glucose syrup, sugar, buckwheat husk, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Product is packed in a protective atmosphere. Gluten-free product.
