TOSCANACCE  are CHIPS with  CHICKPEAS from MAREMMA grown in Tuscany , in the “land of tuff”, that is in the municipalities of Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano (for this reason also called “chickpea of Sorano”). Its production then expanded also in the plain of the  Province  of  Grosseto , adding to the name “chickpea of Sorano” that of “ c e c e  w u g o so  d e ll a  M a r e mm a ”. The  wrinkled chickpea  of Maremma  is small in size and yellow in colour.  Gluten- free , GMO- free , rich in fibre  and  proteins .
