USE

Add sesame seeds into the batter the next time you make homemade bread, muffins or cookies.
Use it as the traditional seasoning to enrich the taste of your food.

RECIPES

Sesame seeds can be blended with water, in a blender, food processor, or mortar and pestle. Depending on the amount of water, you can make a sauce, dressing, dip, pesto or spread.

Black seed sesame is rich in Nutrient minerals as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium, Copper, Manganese. Provide the body with Vitamin E and has anti-aging effect. Protect the liver against damages by free radicals.
