An easy-to-take powder supplement of 100% Wild Atlantic Sea Organic Chondrus Crispus (Carageen/ Irish Moss) also known as Seamoss.

Contains omega 3 fatty acids, essential amino acids, vitamins A, B (B1, B2, B9, B12), C, D, E, K, essential minerals (calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese) and is also rich in dietary fibres. 

Available in 50g, 250g, 500g, 1KG

Hand-harvested Irish organic Chondrus Crispus (Irish Carageen Moss) also known as Seamoss.

DIRECTIONS:

Simply mix one level teaspoon daily or as required to your favourite food & drinks ... adds easily to cereals yoghurts, smoothies, and juices.
