Soluble drink based on Melatonin, Chamomile, Melissa and Magnesium . Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. Lemon balm and chamomile are useful for promoting relaxation. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pleasant chamomile aroma.

HOW TO USE: We recommend taking 1 sachet just before going to bed, dissolved in 150ml of warm water (or hot if you prefer).
The presence of any agglomerates of powder inside the sachet does not affect the quality of the product.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contains polyols, excessive consumption can have laxative effects. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of Melatonin just before bedtime.
