We effect next day deliveries for local orders received by 7pm

Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €6 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

BIONA ORGANIC TEMPEH 400G

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented whole soya beans.  Biona Organic plain tempeh has no other added ingredients and is perfect for marinating and using in place of meat. Use in a wide range of dishes uch as; stir fries, salads and ramen. Tempeh contains all the essential amino acids, therefore it is an excellent source of protein and  fibre, a nutritious addition to any meal.
