Ingredients:

Rice cream, egg, cream, freeze-dried ricotta 13.3%, potato flakes, EVO oil (rice starch, extra virgin olive oil), freeze-dried spinach 5%, salt, baking powder, yeast extract, dehydrated onion, soy lecithin, chives , thickener: xanthan gum.

Preparations:

• In the microwave. Remove the sealing film, add milk for a tastier soufflé or sparkling water up to the internal mark, mix well with a fork. Cook in the microwave:
  • at 700W = 3 minutes
  • at 800W = 2 minutes + 40 seconds
  • at 1000W = 2 minutes + 10 seconds
  Wait 2 minutes for it to cool and enjoy. Cook only 1 soufflé at a time.
