dough: whey protein concentrate [milk]., soy protein isolate, calcium caseinate [milk], potato starch, potato fibre, egg powder, egg protein powder, yeast extract, herbes de provence , bell pepper extract, salt, bulking agents: sodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate; thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, tomato sauce: tomato powder, yeast extract, soy protein concentrate.
How to use:
1. Add 140 ml of water to 100 g of powder, mix by hand or with a mixer until smooth, set aside for 5 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the tomato sauce. Mix a spoonful of powder with a little water. Adjust the consistency and amount of sauce to your liking. 2. Turn the dough out onto baking paper, cover with another sheet of paper and roll out to your preferred thickness. 3. Grease the dough on the baking paper evenly with the sauce prepared beforehand and add your favourite ingredients. Bake the prepared pizza on an oven grid at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
