What super ingredients does the pudding have?

When do you eat the pudding?

Vanilla Macaron Pudding is best recommended for the evening or as a snack before going to bed, as this is how it can best exert its sleep-supporting effect.

  1. Put 2 deciliters of water or vegetable milk (either cold or warm) in a shaker.
  2. Measure 15 grams of pudding powder into the water ( it's worth measuring the portion accurately with a scale, but two heaped teaspoons correspond to approximately 15 g ).
  3. Shake the shaker.

You will get a thick, spoonable pudding (if you want it thinner, add more liquid).
Pour into a bowl, slice fruit on top, decorate with toppings, or eat on its own. 

It can also be used as a base for pancake cream and cup cream!
