TIPS FOR PERFECT COOKING:
Use a large pot with 2 litres of salty water (use 10g of salt.)
When the water begins to boil, add the lasagna gently (2-3 sheets at the time) and let it boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Add plenty of cold water to the pan to prevent the Lasagna from cooking further.
Carefully remove each Lasagna singly, and place the Lasagna sheets in a single layer in a pre-greased oven-proof dish. Top the layer with your chosen filling and then pour sauce over; add another layer of Lasagna sheets, top with filling and cover with sauce, and continue until your baking dish is almost full. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180° C /Gas Mark 5) for about 25 min.
