Valentino's gluten free Pandoro is made from a traditional Italian recipe. This Italian Specialty Cake originated in Verona, made with yeast and as the name suggests, it is a lovely golden coloured cake. This variation incorporates dark chocolate chips for a truly decadent experience. Warm gently to soften before serving with a dusting of icing sugar.
