This delicious vegan millionaire shortbread bar was created to finally give you a plant based, high protein, gluten free snack bar – without any artificial sweeteners or refined sugars (we believe nature is sweet enough)! So, we use 100% plant based ingredients, including soya protein crunchies, a vegan caramel and a natural alternative to chocolate giving you the famous layers of a classic millionaire shortbread but in a healthy way! The bar delivers 15g plant based protein and of course, because they’re from TREK, they are gluten free too!
