Serving suggestions

With a smooth texture, it can be eaten by the spoonful as a puree. It can be enjoyed in a wrap with goats’ cheese or as a healthy dip or as an alternative to mango chutney. For meat eaters, it goes surprisingly well with roast chicken or to make a sauce to pair with beef or pork.
