We effect next day deliveries for local orders received by 7pm

Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

STEENBERGS ORGANIC LEMON EXTRACT 100G

Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract is a sunflower oil based extract with a glorious lemon citrus aroma and flavour.  Steenbergs Organic Lemon Extract has been created particularly for use in home baking but complements everything from desserts through to chicken especially together with herbs like rosemary and thyme.

Recipe ideas - also great in stir fries.

Ingredients: organic sunflower oil and organic lemon oil

Sweet ideas: raw lemon truffles; rice pudding with stewed apples; milkshake; fudge; lemon drizzle cake; rhubarb, raspberry & lemonade cordial; mixing with double cream and the deliciously sounding lemon & nutmeg shortbread.  

Savoury ideas: lemon rice; marinades; aubergine curry; linguine; on tuna steak; smoked mackerel pate; fishcakes; lemon and rosemary potatoes.  

Apparently also great in cocktails!
