SONKO LIGHT & CRISP BREAD WHOLEGRAIN 170G

Crispbread wholegrain 170 g

Light whole grain bread is recommended not only for people who should stick to a diet with a low glycemic index, but also for everyone who wants to take care of their well-being and diet. One slice is only 23 kcal. It is a source of iron, magnesium, zinc and chromium.

In addition to buckwheat fiber, which supports proper intestinal function, the composition also includes buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is one of our local superfoods. It is an excellent source of protein and contains large amounts of exogenous amino acids, which humans must obtain with food. You can also find a lot of B vitamins (B1, B2, B6) in it. It also contains minerals such as copper, phosphorus and potassium.

Ingredients: 60% wholemeal flour (rye and wheat), rye flour, water, buckwheat flour, barley malt extract, 2% inulin, buckwheat fibre, maize bran, salt, rye sourdough, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate.
