How to use the Cryo Pure® Joints & Muscles Roller?
Before use, shake the Cryo Joints & Muscles Roller well and then apply it to the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.), 3 times a day. The roller's massaging ball is ideal for self-massaging localized areas. Complete with a manual massage, if necessary, in which case, wash your hands after use.
