Our formula is a product containing 100% L-Glutamine amino acid. Our product is offered in an unflavored form without the addition of auxiliary substances, which means that you can combine it with your protein shake or other supplements.
Dosage recommendation: Take one dose per day (5 g - the measuring spoon is filled to the 8.5 ml mark) and mix it with 300 ml of water or other liquid, or you can combine it with a protein or bulking product. Use 30-40 minutes before training and shortly after, or before going to bed. Use it between meals on rest days. It is recommended to use one or two servings per day.
