PROBIOS WHOLEMEAL SPELT FLOUR 500G

Probios organic spelt flour is made from an Italian spelt of the "Spelta" variety, which was already grown back in Roman times. This type of flour encompasses all the noble nutritional components of this cereal whose value has been reappraised in modern diets due to its valuable nutritious substances. The wholemeal flour, with a high fibre content, gives products a distinct and neat taste as well as a very rough looking colour.Suitable for making bread and crackers, toasted bread, bread sticks, schiacciate (pizza-like flatbread) and pizzas, and for baked confectionery as well. Thanks to a protected-atmosphere packing system, the taste quality of all Probios flours is preserved along time.
