The advice of Luciano Spigone

Preheat the oven to maximum temperature, open the bag, season the Rusticana to taste and place on the grill or on a pre-heated pan.

If you want to make your FOCACCIA

Brush it with oil and add salt and rosemary before baking.

To prepare the PIZZA MARGHERITA

Mix oil and salt in half a glass of tomato that you will spread over the pizza with a spoon.
Finish with a handful of diced mozzarella.

You are the Chef try it with ...
  • Tomato and after cooking add raw buffalo and a drizzle of oil.
  • Or with broccoli and sausage.
  • Otherwise with radicchio and gorgonzola

And if you really want to overdo it ... As soon as it is out of the oven, sprinkle it with spreadable chocolate!
