Organic Ground Flaxseed is a true superfood. It's a simple and natural source of Omega 3 - an essential fatty acid that is often low in people's daily diet.

Flaxseed is naturally gluten free and low in carbohydrate, but high in protein and fibre.

Organic Ground Flaxseed has been finely ground to ensure that it's goodness can be easily absorbed and metabolized.

It's also long lasting and can be used for up to 6 months after opening.

We'd suggest an optimum daily serving to be around 25g.
