Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

 Wheat flour 66%, sweeteners isomalt, sunflower oil content oliec high 10%, yeast sodium and ammonium bicarbonate, soy flour, emulsifier soya lecithin, vanilla, antioxidants: sodium metabisulphite and vitamin E.

Just spend quality output / 100g: Energy 412 Kcal, Protein 7,9g, 75,6g Carbohydrates, Fats 11,5g, quality fiber 2g.

Cake Regulation Gullon LIGERA no sugar no salt   is made from wheat bran: the flour is ground from whole grain wheat, not only rich in protein, but it also rich in nutrients, especially fiber content which is very good for Health especially diabetic patients, dieters. Whole wheat flour has:

- Have lower blood glucose levels, not harmful to people with diabetes

- Do not give too much acid to the blood like white flour

- The nutrient content is higher than white flour which has lost more than half of vitamins B1, B2, B3, E, folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, iron and fiber.

- No longer should eat less, not worry about gaining weight

- Taste is richer and tastier.
