Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Also known as flaxseeds, Linseeds have the highest content of the Omega 3 fatty acid ALA amongst all plant sources, which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and convert to DHA, which have strong anti-inflammatory properties. Linseeds are also a great source of dietary fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals.

How To Use

Bind one tablespoon of linseeds with 2 tablespoons of water and let sit. After 30 minutes or so the mixture should’ve formed a gel-like consistency, a great egg-replacement in recipes!
