A new packaging containing the same traditional recipe, Panfette con farina integrale comes from a selection of simple, wholesome ingredients: buckwheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil, flax seeds and sunflower seeds, for a soft texture with a rustic flavour. Gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and without milk protein, Lfree guaranteed and certified, Panfette con farina integrale is great paired with almost anything and perfect to accompany main dishes and hors d’ouevres.

Ingredients

water, corn starch, wholemeal buckwheat flour 10,4%, rice starch, dextrose, sunflower oil, rice bran 2.9%, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; extra-virgin olive oil, flax seeds 1.9%, sunflower seeds 1.9%, psyllium fibre, pea protein, salt, yeast, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; apple vinegar, flavourings, yeast extract, potato protein. May contain traces of lupin, mustard and soy. Treated on the surface with ethyl alcohol.
