Heart of Cocoa Panettone

When: “ The panettone dough would be unbeatable if it weren't for the traditional filling. How I would like it if there was chocolate instead of raisins ”. The time has come to discover the Nutrifree gluten-free panettone without raisins or candied fruit, but never without its filling with chocolate chips and cocoa cream .

Ingredients:

eggs 21%, water, corn starch, sugar, butter , cocoa filling 11.5% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, dark chocolate 7% (cocoa paste 41.5%; sugar 37.5%; cocoa skimmed powder 21%), vegetable fat (palm), dextrose, skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder 2%, ethyl alcohol, gelling agents: E 440, E 1442; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings, salt.), drops chocolate 9% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavouring. Cocoa: 46% minimum.), glucose-fructose syrup, potato starch, rice starch, rice flour, yeast, sourdough, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; soy protein, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate; salt. May contain traces of nuts .
