What can I use the Nupo Shaker for?
The Nupo Shaker, in its classic design, is the perfect tool for you that have chosen to use our Diet Shakes, -Soups, or -Oatmeal to kickstart your weight loss. Hereafter, it is a pretty simple process:
- Choose your desired flavour from the Diet Shake series.
- Add the content from the sachet into your shaker.
- Add 300 ml (or 600 ml if you are making a double portion) of cold water to the shaker – and remember the blending ball.

* Abovementioned is the procedure for our Diet Shakes. The process differs from our Diet Soups and -Oatmeal as these products need to be heated in the microwave after been shaken.
