- SEA-BUCKTHORN – known as “The Lemon of the North” which improves the metabolism. Moreover, sea-buckthorn is naturally rich in Vitamin C, which contributes to normal energy metabolism. As well as the immune systems normal function.
- CHROMIUM – Vital micronutrient that contributes to the maintenance of a normal blood sugar level by supporting the effect of insulin, which regulates the body’s blood sugar.
To elevate the effect of Slim Boost Fill My Tummy, you will get chromium. It contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, so you will not be needlessly tempted by sugar. Sea buckthorn extract is added to promote your metabolism. In addition to it being naturally rich in vitamin C, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. As well as a normal function of the immune system.
- The beneficial effect is obtained through daily consumption of 6 capsules (3g Glucomannan). Two capsules before each main meal and ALWAYS with plenty of water (at least 1-2 cups), to avoid clogging of the oesophagus and the trachea. Instructions
Recommended daily dose: Take 2 capsules approx 30 min. prior to a main meal. Max 6 capsules daily.
When using Fill My Tummy in connection with Nupo Diet, it can be an advantage to take 2 capsules with, and not prior to, a shake, to achieve the feeling of satiety in continuation of the shake.
