Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

Made from just chickpea flour and water, Profusion Organic Chickpea Couscous is a tasty alternative to rice or pasta. It is free from wheat and provides a great source of plant-based protein and fibre. Enjoy as a base for hot meals as well as in delicious and satisfying salads. With it being quick and easy to prepare it’s the perfect healthy kitchen staple.

  • For 2 servings place 160g of couscous into a large bowl. Add 160ml of boiling water and mix well. Cover and allow to absorb water for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
