Organic Swiss Vegetable Bouillon can be used as the basis of soups, stews, casseroles and gravy. It adds a natural flavour to savoury dishes and is ready in an instant of adding hot water. It can also be used as a seasoning - sprinkle on top of roasting meats, in rice dishes, over vegetables and many other savoury dishes.
Directions
As stock: 4 tsp per litre of boiling water.
As a seasoning: Sprinkle over food as desired.
As a hot drink: 1 tsp per cup of boiled water.
