Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng and Winter Cherry, is a traditional Ayurvedic herb that practitioners recommend for stress relief and for a tired and exhausted nervous system. It is valuable as a rejuvenating herb and can help restore strength when recovering from a long term illness. It is also known as the Indian Ginseng because of its similar attributes.
