With much less sugar than traditionally made preserves, they are enjoyed by those who like a less sweet jam as well as those who need them for dietary or health reasons. This delicious marmalade is made from specially selected whole fruit and cooked in open pans. This small batch artisanal approach is the secret to making all of their reduced sugar products.
