Cooking suggestions
Thai Green Chicken Curry: For 4 Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Add green beans and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with Thai fragrant rice, garnish with torn fresh basil and lime wedges.
Thai Green Vegetable Curry: Cook okra, green beans and chestnut mushrooms. Add to hot sauce for 5 minutes and serve.
