Our Free & Easy Organic Vegetable Balti is a spicy mix of vegetables and beans, delicious served over a bed of rice. Free & Easy is an exciting range of flavoursome foods to help home cooks create delicious and nutritious dishes for the whole family – whatever the dietary requirement.
Free from wheat, gluten and dairy, as well as other allergies such as nuts, celery and mustard but bursting with full-on flavour, Free & Easy foods have been made without artificial additives and preservatives, are low in salt and sugar and are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans alike.

Directions:
Shake well before use. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3 minutes. Do not boil or overheat, as this will impair the flavour. Microwave: Place the contents in a microwave dish, cover and microwave on full power for 3 minutes stirring half way through cooking.
