Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Each capsule contains an equivalent 5000mg of root extract containing 35mg of withanolides.

Ashwagandha is the common name of the Withania somnifera plant native to India and is also known as Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry. The root of the ashwagandha plant is used in Ayurveda, traditional Indian healthcare, for its tonic and adaptogen properties.

Our Ashwagandha capsules provide exceptional quality and high strength standardised at 7% withanolides, each capsule contains an equivalent 5000mg of root extract containing 35mg of withanolides. Withanolides are the key active components of ashwagandha and are strongly linked with its health boosting effects.

Ingredients:

Ashwagandha Root Extract, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

Take 1 capsule per day with food.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
