MOLINO SPADONI GLUTEN FREE MARGERITA PIZZA 350G

The Gluten-Free Margherita Pizza packaged in "ovenable" food film, i.e. which resists cooking in the oven, from the Molino Spadoni Gluten-Free Line, cooks directly in the special oven-safe bag with anti-contamination barrier. This pizza, pre-cooked and frozen, is topped with mozzarella of our own production with 100% Italian lactose-free milk and 100% Italian tomato.
ZERO CONTAMINATION and NO OVEN CLEANING.

Ingredients:
Tomato seasoning (tomato puree 22%, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil, sugar), water, lactose-free mozzarella 20% (fresh pasteurized lactose-free MILK*, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), rice flour , corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, brewer's yeast, salt, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, psyllium fibre, guar gum, vegetable fibers (from citrus fruits, peas, plantago, seaweed ).
May contain LUPINE, MUSTARD, SULPHITES, SOYA and SESAME.
*The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose. Lactose <0.1g/100g.
