NATURES AID TURMERIC (60 CAPSULES)

About this product

Natures Aid® Turmeric extract is a high potency root extract standardised to provide 95% curcumins. Turmeric spice as a powder only contains 3% curcumin, which is why extracts are necessary to provide a concentrated amount of curcumin. Natures Aid Turmeric provides a concentrated extract with 95% curcumins. This means that each 400mg capsule is equivalent to 10,000mg Turmeric Spice.

The biggest issue with Turmeric is ensuring that it is absorbed from the gut – the important ingredient for this is fat. This is why Turmeric should always be taken with a meal.
