Natures Aid® Sea Kelp tablets are a fantastic source of Iodine – providing 450ug of Iodine per daily dose. This is equivalent to 300% NRV. Iodine is an important mineral element which has many beneficial effects, including: the maintenance of normal skin; and the maintenance of normal thyroid function. Natures Aid® Sea Kelp is sourced from the North Atlantic Ocean.
