GLUTEN-FREE MILLET PASTA WITH REDUCED CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT*
Mill & Folks pasta is made according to our own recipe in our pasta factory. Its pleasant taste is due to the yellow sweet potato flour. The pasta retains its texture even after cooking. It is gluten-free, 100% plant-based and we did not use soy for the dough.
Millet is easily digestible, yet its nutritional value is high. Due to its nutritional value, it may be worth adding it to your diet. Millet is naturally gluten-free and usually contains a significant amount of essential amino acids.
Psyllium husks and bamboo fiber can be good sources of fiber in everyday life. By consuming foods with a high fiber content, we can benefit our digestion and slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.
*Carbohydrate content reduced by 30% compared to other gluten-free pastas.
Ingredients: millet flour (51%), bamboo fiber flour, water, yellow sweet potato flour, psyllium husk flour
Suggestion: Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-5 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
