MERIDIAN ORGANIC SMOOTH CASHEW BUTTER 170G
Our Organic smooth cashew butter is made using 96% cashews and a dash of sunflower oil. The cashews are roasted, then ground to produce a perfectly smooth texture.
Cashews are technically not a nut but the seed of the cashew apple, a tree that grows in tropical climates for example South America, India and Africa.
Try spreading on crackers and crumpets or adding to cakes or bakes.
Our cashew butters are naturally gluten and dairy free, contain no added sugar or salt and are suitable for vegans.
We don't use palm oil in any of our products because we don't want to. Oil separation is natural and can be simply stirred back in.
