Alce Nero apple cider vinegar is made exclusively from apples that have been grown in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Thanks to the superior quality of the raw ingredient, this organic apple cider vinegar features an intense taste and rich flavour. The lower acidity of apple cider vinegar, in comparison to wine vinegar, makes it especially suitable for salads and other dishes.
