  • AGAVE BIO SYRUP: 100% natural Agave syrup. With its rich caramel flavor it is ideal in the preparation of desserts, baked goods and as a sweetener for hot drinks.
  • ? NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: Agave syrup is classified among foods with a low glycemic index, extremely inferior to that of refined sugar cane, thanks to the presence of inulin which allows a slow absorption of sugars in the blood.
  • ? AROMAS AND CONSISTENCY: Agave Nectar Maya Gold syrup has a liquid consistency. Available in "Formula Dark" and "Formula Light".
  • ? MAIN USES: Agave syrup is ideal for the production of beverages thanks to its neutral and delicate flavor and its light color. Excellent natural sweetener, highly soluble at low temperatures (unlike honey).
