Bio adzuki protein pasta is a high protein pasta with low carbohydrate content. The ingredients for spaghetti pasta are soybeans and red beans (adzuki beans), which come from controlled organic farming.

After soybeans, the second most popular bean in Japan is adzuki beans.
Sweet red beans are one of the favorites of macrobiotic cuisine.

It is a high-fiber gluten-free product that is a perfect choice for athletes, people with various food allergies, those who follow an alternative diet and, of course, those who follow a weight-loss diet.

Preparation suggestion:  Add the dough to plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes, then strain through a dough filter.
If possible, season it with your favorite sauce or pesto, but it’s also great for soups and vegetable dishes.
