• As an instant caffeine-free hot drink:
  One teaspoon in a cup of hot water – only 10 calories per cup.
• As a flavour-enhancing vegetable-based soup stock:
  Two slightly rounded teaspoons per pint - 3.5 tsp per litre.
• As a seasoning: the perfect seasoning for stews, casseroles, sauces, savoury dishes, salad dressings, noodles, rice and grain dishes.
