Our long-term mission is to balance the carbon footprint of our warehouse operations. To achieve this, we actively cultivate our land on the western coast of the Maltese Islands, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that also allows us to produce natural, high-quality products. We are excited to introduce the first result of this effort: our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our olive groves are nestled in Mtahleb, along Malta’s scenic western coastline. The majority of our trees belong to the Maltija cultivar, one of four olive varieties native to the Maltese Islands.
We are proud to offer an olive oil crafted exclusively from century-old, single-variety trees. This exceptional oil is known for its vibrant green color and bold, bitter-spicy profile, making it an essential ingredient in authentic Mediterranean cuisine. All olives are hand-picked and cold-extracted immediately after harvest, guaranteeing outstanding freshness, ultra-low acidity, and superior quality.
