We effect next day deliveries for local orders received by 7pm

Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €6 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

LE VENEZIANE GLUTEN FREE POLENTA 500G

For 2 people:
3 glasses of water,
1 teaspoon of salt,
1 glass of polenta;
for 4 people
1 liter of water,
1 full teaspoon of salt,
½ package of polenta
Add salt to the boiling water.
Remove the pot of water from the heat source.
Slowly add the semolina while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook for a few minutes while stirring constantly.
Serve. For thinner/thicker polenta, play with the ratio of water to semolina.
