Product made up of 100% precooked corn flour. It is characterized by the absence of gluten, the high digestibility, the low fat content and the absence of dyes. The color is characteristic of the β-carotene present in the raw material. The flours come exclusively from national corn.

Corn flour, Emulsifier: E 471.
How to use
Cook 100 g of product in 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt. Salt the boiling water. Pour the capellini. Mix. Observe the cooking time indicated on the package. Drain.
