Buckwheat Ramen Noodles (70%) (Water, Buckwheat Flour), Miso paste (28%) (Water, Soy beans, Rice, Sea Salt, Yeast, Koji Culture), Alcohol (Rice,Sea Salt, Koji Culture), Yeast extract powder, Wakame seaweed, Ginger powder, Freeze-dried spring onion.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Add noodles to boiling water until fully submerged then reduce to meduim heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain noodles and refresh with cold water. Store in an air tight container.
