JUST TASTE AZUKI SOY PASTA 250G

Our new “Lady in Red” is made from azuki and soybeans. In Asia, the azuki bean is used in both savory dishes and desserts. The bean contains high amounts of protein, magnesium, iron and calcium and is even used as a remedy in Chinese medicine, for example. We have created another spaghetti out of it and are also expanding our pasta color palette with the Azuki-Soya Spaghetti, a strong red.

Adzuki
The beans, which are very popular in Asia, are also praised there as miracle beans because they are said to have a balancing effect on people. The high protein content of 22% and the amount of nutrients such as magnesium, iron and calcium make it truly a miracle bean!
Soy
The soybean is a valuable supplier of nutrients such as iron, protein, magnesium, potassium and vitamins. Soy has a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and is extremely high in fiber. Soy products can help improve insulin resistance and blood sugar control and are therefore also interesting for people with diabetes. Soy also contains essential amino acids.
