Description
Frozen gluten-free pizza dough.
Gluten free product. Product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingredients
Rice flour, water, buckwheat flour, vegetable fat [Vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower), vegetable fat (shea butter), water, natural flavoring], brewer's yeast, salt, sugar; stabilizer: E412 and E464; cornstarch; leavening agent: E500ii.

Instructions for use
Remove the product from the bag. Defrost it at room temperature for at least 3 hours. Roll out the dough on a baking tray, let it rise for at least 90 minutes. Stuff with tomato and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Once these have elapsed, fill to your liking and bake for about another 5 minutes. Once thawed, the product cannot be refrozen.

Storage
Store at -18 ° C.
To be consumed preferably within: 12 months from the date of production.
